I am extremely unhappy with service received from this hospital- particularly with one of the drs who assisted my sister in law- unfortunately I didn't get his name- He was rude and was of no assistance. My sister in law had 3 panic attacks and was sent from one hospital to this hospital where she was then told the hospital is only for emergencies, when asked where should we go and what should we do because we got a referral to come to this hospital , his response was " Now what do you want me to do" This is extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. If this is the service here then I'd tell anyone I know not to go.

The service was very bad, the staff very shrewd,they don't respect the elderly, their attitude Sucks, they get pay for doing nothing. No sense of urgency,they don't have Ubuntu. The only active telephone line is the one in Labour Ward. Since last year. I suggest that the heatlh unit should be close, because Government is wasting our tax money for lazy rude staff

I'm giving this clinic total 0. The nurses are so rude there's no sense of urgency a person can die in front of them
The government should do something about this clinic people are getting paid for nothing

Checked in at 8:00am, but only saw the doctor at 13:00pm, very slow service, I'm really disappointed...
