The burger bun tasted old it stuck to the box. I didn’t get the dip sauce I ordered which was jalapeño instead delivered sweet and sour which was tasteless. Somehow the ketchup pack was already open. The assembly of the burger was just shamefully put together overall the worst McD experience I’m starting to remember why I stopped eating this nonsense for 2 years.. I thought I’d give you one last chance and I regret it ????

If I could give this place one star I could. I came in today to redeem my points and in the end I lost all of the points because the staff was incompetent or simply did not understand what they were doing. I ordered two frappes a mango and strawberry. The mango came runny I had to take it back and that was fixed only to realise that the strawberry was pure ice. I was told to wait for someone who will come assist me regarding the 5000 points I lost at the counter trying to redeem a Big Mac regular meal until the session timed out, I knew I would lose the points because I have had a similar experience. They let me know that if the points were not redeemed they would be returned in ten minutes but they weren’t. I then waited for the person who was supposed to come assist me but I got the run around until I eventually left. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone and I am definitely not coming back if this is how customers are treated. What is the point of having a points system with sessions that time out and points are redeemed if they were not even used and the people in the restaurant cannot even help? It’s a bogus system and I am highly disappointed.

I am a regular customer at Macdonald. Today I ordered breakfast for my Sunday morning lay in. Oh what a disappointment. The iced coffee tasted like a cigar was added to it. Horrible. The after taste made me sick. I usually order the vanilla or hazelnut. Macdonald Campus Square you lost a loyal customer today.

Long drive through que and very slow service. Bought doughnuts and iced coffee which were not fresh. It was dry and a bit hard as if it was a day or so old. Ate only 1 doughnut out of the lot purchased as it had an odd after taste.

The service was good and their automated ordering machines are working and clean. The wait was slightly longer than I had hoped but I’m giving them an extra star because of lashing hitting them in the middle of my order.

Pathetic service from Thenjiwe who takes the orders , she interupts you while placing an order and then the order is wrong
Thenjiwe if you dont want to be bothered for doing your job you should rather go work in government!
You will fit in nicely at home afairs !

I m a customer of this Macdonald last 10 years but now this place is not working well. Its gone zero n bad service ????. These new people keep on giving customers wrong burgers. They all shouting n running in kitchen but not focus. I know the old owner of this Macdonald. But these workers r destroying this restaurant. Now I go other Macdonald r eat kfc. The owners must see into matters r Change workers. Its gone really bad I stop coming they anymore. ????????
