If I could give this place one star I could. I came in today to redeem my points and in the end I lost all of the points because the staff was incompetent or simply did not understand what they were doing. I ordered two frappes a mango and strawberry. The mango came runny I had to take it back and that was fixed only to realise that the strawberry was pure ice. I was told to wait for someone who will come assist me regarding the 5000 points I lost at the counter trying to redeem a Big Mac regular meal until the session timed out, I knew I would lose the points because I have had a similar experience. They let me know that if the points were not redeemed they would be returned in ten minutes but they weren’t. I then waited for the person who was supposed to come assist me but I got the run around until I eventually left. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone and I am definitely not coming back if this is how customers are treated. What is the point of having a points system with sessions that time out and points are redeemed if they were not even used and the people in the restaurant cannot even help? It’s a bogus system and I am highly disappointed.
