Possibly the worst experience I have had to date. Avoid. Extremely long queues. Providing half of what you ordered. Absolute confusion. How is this place running?

Worst chicken fold over meal of my life ???? wast of money......... lettes is brown ... who would wanna eat this...... I am going hungry tonight.... you will never get my busniss agen........

Absolutely poor service with rude staff.
1) was given the wrong burger order
2) was rudely forced to take a different soft drink even after I clearly told them that I don’t drink it
3) ordered 2 choc pies and paid for the order, 15 minutes later I get told that there’s none in stock

Train your staff. They have absolutely no customer skills at all

Felt like I was waiting for Christmas while in the DRIVE THRU. The place wasn’t even busy but they moved at a snails pace. The staff having big chats instead of doing their job. All would have been forgiven if the food was fine but that was way below ok!

Never had any bad experiences at McDonald's Parklands, Boksburg. Food always top quality. I would just suggest you double check your bag for the complete order during their busy times.

Extremely rude service! Stood there waiting to order, knew what we wanted before we went in, till a staff member looked at us and said "if you want to look at the menu go stand outside" and then she walked away.

Was the worst I ever had, service there was none and all the food was ice cold my chili cheese fries and I bought 2 meals for me and my wife. I was really disappointed. I doubt I'll go there again.
