While the food is good service is poor at best.

Our parties order was incorrectly captured and the staff were not able to resolve the issue properly.

Additionally the staff treat the sit down area as self service i.e. you have to get up to get your own sauces, etc.

It was the worst experience ever,1stly they opened 10min late,the floor was wet didn't understand what was going on,the lady that was taking our order didn't have any customer service,she didn't greet us,she was rude...got the food and to our suprise they served us yesterday rice...the manager said it's the new nandos law the chicken was not fresh...we asked for money back but the manager said he will fix it,second time around you can still see it was not fresh,the plate was hot as if the food was microwaved..me and my partner are currently suffering from mild diarrhea and would not recommend that place to anyone..

you guys dont even deserve a star, your chicken is too dry and not tasty. i bought lemon a herbs chicken that tasted like it had salt only and this was the 3rd time so disappointed

Cold chips ..returned them n then they come back as if they wer deeped in the fryer for the 2nd time ..
Chicken also cold ..paying 89rand for a half chicken n chips thats cold its rediculous ..when your trying to eat the cold food n now its raw seriously

Service was good, food was delicious and the stuff members served me with smile and a great welcome. The store was very clean and the service was fast.

Pretty dirty place, service was ok but the staff had little bit of an attitude probably because it was late and close to closing time. But thats not the fault of the customer man.
