Bland, tasteless and unappealing,
Not the pizza, the service,
Second week in a row that I ordered from this pizza perfect,second week in a row it didn't go according to plan.
Waited 50mins plus for food, eventually arrives here, cold, (nothing new,they should actually advertise their food as "best served reheated"
Food arrives and the order is screwed up, extras not on the right pizza,I'm adding a photo, please show me the feta on this pizza,
Phoned the owner who
1: said he recently took over the restaurant so he isn't to blame for historical issues.he was the owner last week
2:said he would find out where my food was and then phone me back.this didn't happen.
If it was possible to rate them negatively or 0 I would.
For the amount we pay for this food I'd expect some sort of service and quality control,
Obviously the new owner shouldn't be in charge of this terrible establishment.
100% do not recommend this pizza shop.

This is not the first incident.
Absolute circus. Phoned an order in, went to collect. 40min after I placed the order telephonically I check with the counter where the order is. They havent started yet. Social affair in the back. Owner also not keen to hear any criticism about his staff. Done with this place. Plenty other pizza shops in the area that actually takes their business serious.

Absolutely terrible! We ordered pasta. Paid R90 for a serving.. waited 30-40 min just for them to head frozen pasta. This is something you can buy from a factory for about R35 and just heat it yourself at home and i bet it wouldve tasted better and the portion wouldve been bigger.. it was bland...tasteless!!! Watery and to top it all off apparantly all they have to do is heat the frozen pasta and they couldnt even do that properly as it was burned!!! They wont see me ever again!! They dont even deserve one star..

Emily the manager leads from the front-polite, friendly, welcoming staff with a super clean store-fast and efficient and tasty pizza. Promised me a cap so let’s see if she delivers, the next time we go. They have great specials and are obviously partners with the Burger Perfect-the only let done for one point was the seating space and areas outside. The staff were impeccably dressed and well organized. Would definitely recommend for well cooked flavorful pizza!

Order nr 51630 I ordered my pizza online at 18:03. At 19:25 it still did not arrived and I had to call. The person who answered said they are very busy but the driver left 5 min ago. We are about 5 min away from the place and I expected him any moment. The delivery arrived at 19:46, almost 2 hours after I placed the order. What makes it even worse is that the food was so cold it felt like it was standing outside for an hour before being delivered. My first and last time I will order from them.
