Service and quality as expected of Seattle, not a good sit down venue as the staff have been extremely loud every time I've been here. There is no reason for your staff to make more noise than the patrons.

5 star treatment by the staff! Amazing team especially @Trevor who goes out of his way to greet customers in a manner i have never seen by a member of staff before remembering them, their favourite orders, their careers and interests. He makes a huge effort to ensure customers are comfortable and set up to work - wifi-enabled, batteries powered and caffeine 'fix'-ed!

I don't have a loyality card. I don't appreciate the barista keying in a friend's phone number without asking me. Is this a normal occurrence?

Absolutely love this coffee shop. They have the friendliest and most efficient staff. I go here almost every week and it’s nothing less than exceptional! Amazing coffee, amazing ambience and the perfect place for a book!

Love the Seattle coffee and the staff. It’s a perfect after school drop-off coffee spot. The parking and the convenience of a quick stop into Woolies for those Mom’s juggling morning duties just simplifies the day.
