My girlfriend had her watch's back-face repaired promptly (hence the 2 stars) but left her now-misaligned watch face to be repaired. She asked me to collect it after a week, because you'd think that would be enough time to adjust a rotated watch face, right? Well apparently it wasn't, because the watch face was still clearly off centre when I picked it up, and instead I was asked to "come pick it up tomorrow", as if one extra day would make them deign to take a look at it - very unprofessional!

I needed a watch Repaired by Valentines day and they came through!
Clinton was understanding and was very helpful at every step of the way and always had clear communication from them. Greatest of pleasure to work with

I took 8 of my watches in that needed batteries. They were all replaced in time as promised. Great service. I have seen cheaper batteries but they just do not last. And last time I took a watch to a cheap shop, the guy there tried to use a pocket knife to open the watch. Sommer there on the table in the shop. I'd rather pay a bit more. It is like 2 happy meals!
