It's difficult to give a full rating. My dog passed on. We were visiting daily for 4 days. I feel the qualified veterinarians are only available in the week. They properly assessed monday but it was too late, on the weekend we were seen by nurses under pressure to adhere to operating hours and a large amount of sick dogs, cats u0026 horses. They've done what they can, I can't expect more from a NGO.

Their fees are 100% reasonable, You must be prepared to contribute extra where needed.

There is always a separate queue for vaccinations.

Help them out with donations if you have anything they could use. They exist because of donations.

Downside is the Sunday que. Some1 Kud hav split up vaccinations vs emergency sick animals, to mitigate the long wait u0026 to treat according. Just unfortunate our ???? "Sly" was not kept overnight u0026 treated for said diagnosis, sent home u0026 he passed yesterday early morning. ????????

This place is affordable for care of our furry friends .the only disadvantage is that if you dont have money your dog cant be seen by the vet,that's a bit stiff hence this facility has sponsors.

Good service but they could open earlier on weekends.
If you want to be on and out come as early as 7:30am on weekends because it gets packed.

Good treatment
But delayed on giving us information about our pets left my cat for treatment it took them a few days just to let me know he was no more that too I had to call to find out horrible service wouldn’t recommend to leave pets for treatment unreliable they can’t look after it
They tried they best but service is not good at all.

They were so quick and helpful...they treated our case with urgency after our beloved dog Bruno was poisoned...he was admitted but unfortunately passed away the following day...thank you for everything that you guys did for us and Rest In Peace Bruno..we will always luv u and u left us all heartbroken
