Since originally posting my review, improvements have been made. Boards have been posted explaining the machine repair delay, asking staff and members to wear masks and the cleaning boards have also been used during cleaning cycles. Thank you for improving and showing commitment to gym members. Much appreciation!

Original Review:
Every time I come to this gym the machine is either frozen or not working.

Overall the gym is clean and weights are available.

Hazardous cable spanning the whole gym floor wide with no boards to indicate the possible fall.

Staff and many people not wearing the required mask inside the gym. Only when entering the gym people are wearing afterwards no one has a mask on?

This is my second time doing the Punch class on Thursdays at 7:30 am with Striker the punch instructor.
It's a great and seriously intense workout. Thank you Striker for the full body workout. Keep up the good work ????????.

Equipment never gets fixed. Cars are being stolen out the parking lot way too often and nothing gets done. Outdated equipment. Definitely the worst Virgin Active I’ve been to. The only good thing about this virgin active is the friendly staff.

On Saturday, 30 July, at 14:30, I arrived zat the Virgin Active Honeydew (Eagle Canyon) to find the front doors wide open. I then realised a string stench of ecoli bacteria (basically feaces) coming from inside the gym. I asked the front desk, gym members have been complaining, so they opened the front doors to try to vent the place. Ironically, for a place where people come to get healthy, end up being contaminated and leaving more sick than they arrived. This is unacceptable and should not have been allowed. The gym should have been closed to decontaminate the place. The managers found this acceptable and continued with business as usual. Unacceptable behaviour!!!

Lovely Gym to attend, not very big in comparison to other gyms in the area, but definitely big enough to cater for the demand. Always clean, with enough Variety in exercise options.

Back at the gym for 8 months, so happy I picked this one, love the swimming pool, open and it breathes, equipment top notch. Take away or sit down meals....so healthy????????and the best is the staff at reception, friendly and helpful ????

This is the worst gym to come to, for my first time joining I had the worst experience from the time I signed up nothing was fully explained to me when signing up and random amounts kept on going off my account. I would highly recommend that you find a different gym because this gym is extremely useless and they have a useless team running it
