I was really unhappy with the service regarding the noise levels as though there were not any guests in the house. We checked into the deluxe suite which had the private lounge area, which we could not enjoy because of the noise coming from downstairs. We struggled to even sleep it was too loud from the television to the very loud conversions that were being had. And also, in the morning there was very loud music which was inappropriate and woke us up. I personally feel that needs to stop and respect for guests that have checked in needs to be taken seriously.

What was on the website and what we experienced really left us underwhelmed. What they promised on the website e.g complementary drinks were not there, and also not to mention that the towels were dirty????.

It was the best experience for me, my Mom u0026 my Anties I felt like been at home u0026 welcome was beautiful u0026 the people were very friendly. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality. We definitely coming back.

I booked a spa treatment. When I arrived for my appointment the gate was closed and no one opened. I called the lady and she said she was at a meeting. The worse thing is that it was suppose to be my birthday treat to myself. ????

Beautiful and comfortable , the staff is so friendly. The interior gives you a feel of a luxuriuos 5 star hotel. They also have an awesome customer service.

A Spa in Soweto? Indeed there is. Run by the oh so awesome Ayanda. This Spa is lovely, trendy and well worth it.
Stay over the rooms are spacious and well furnished. Well worth a visit.
