The gym is great and the machines are working plus the is cold water to drink.
The showers always have hot water and are clean ????.
The toilets are clean but sometimes don't have toilet paper ????

I think three stars are the peak of this place, over the past year it’s just been getting lower and lower in quality, not we’ll maintained or managed in my opinion. I can see how a casual person will enjoy it but for more serious people, you are definitely saving a few bucks compared to major gyms however, cheaper membership u003d “cheaper” gym. Cleanliness and hygiene is also questionable. I will gladly discuss concerns if someone from HEAD OFFICE contacts me.

They refuse to cancel gym memberships zone fitness campus Square is a scam and tricks students into joining their gym do not join this gym!! we need to report this specific branch to the police and involve lawyers and TV stations so they can be exposed if there are legal teams or content creators willing to assist students fight them please help us expose them .

I don’t like how I was treated at zone fitness at campus square , 4-5 months ago I did a interperson account and 3 months ago I asked to change my bank details to the person I had transferred my account to. We both signed the forms to change and we told that it is submitted. Now I get emails they threaten to take me to the legal attorneys Because they can’t get money from my account which I told them to change 3 months ago. And now they say they do not any forms that I filled saying I want to change banking details. So I’d advice not to get involved with them.

Poor management. Poor communication. They do not care about the comfort or treatment of their members. Their contracts are unclear and they do so to trap university students. I would not recommend at all.

hi I wanted to join your gym and the process fell through because I didn't want to provide my banking details and the lady had also said I could be month to month and pay cash and then she later started asking for my banking details.. I understand it's part of the process.. but I out of love with the idea .. now I had given her R50 rand for the card .. now getting back my money is a challenge and proving my fears where justified.. may I please have my money please.. the lady who took my money is Kisha at zone fitness trade route mall

It's a nice place to keep one's self fit. They have state of the art facilities. Try them and be forever grateful.
