What a scam of a gym!

They let you believe you're signing a "voucher form" only to find out it's a contract. They're are a unnecessary debit order that is costing me!

I repeatedly asked the lady if it wasn't a contract and she said it wasn't, it's a voucher form and I'll sign the contract when I decide to join the gym. They won't deduct from my account until I use the code. I've never set foot in that scamming gym!!!

There's other complaints like mine on Hellopeter.

I've called the gym and they said I signed a contract. Stop misleading people! So disgusting!!!

First day at the gym met with the manager at the reception. Some young Indian gentleman. He was very rude, talked to me like I was one of his employees, then I reprimanded him, that's when he realized that he was out of line and proceeded to assist me.

The gym is off a very poor quality, equipments are old amd the list goes on. I only go because I already signed a contract and just have to gym with them until my contact expires.

I went there about two months back. Hated it, then cancelled my membership. Since I cancelled within 5 days,I was eligible to get my refund. I applied to get that refund. Months went by without my money back. Today I finally got an email from them about my refund. I was asked to fill in some papers with my details so I can get my money back. Only to realize they are only going to refund me on the first of May. To give you perspective, it took them two months to get back to me.... That says a lot about their service delivery.

The worst gym ever. I joined and only went for less than a month. Then cancelled and expected refund.. Now they calling me saying i owe R1200 and they'll blacklist me..
This is trash gym, i promise you

Please don't go there waist of money most of the things don't work and always smelling of sweat especially in winter can't wait for my contract to finish. It breaks your moral when you think about going there no matter how motivated are you it will break U
