I'm a member of Crossfit Reading in England and was in South Africa for a week and needed a box, and found Crossfit Kempton. First impressions was that the facilities and equipment are great. Secondly meeting a few of the coaches, I found them really knowledgeable, but also fantastic teachers. Having not done rope climbs the instruction and coaching was patient and intuitive while also offering good scalability options. Lastly the WOD, which was not to a structure I was accustomed, but left feeling I'd done a hard workout (great mix of exercises).

If you're new to Crossfit, these will get you to a high standard fast. If you're already experienced and want to RX, pack lots of water!

Trained with them for two WODs in the morning and had a great time. The box is well equipped, vibe is great and the coaches (Conrad and Matthew) really solid. Highly recommended.
