Had an appointment for 12:00. Staff didn't inform us that all the appointments are running late. After asking I was informed. It is more than an hour and a half that I have been waiting. What is the point of booking online appointments? If we don't see the doctors at the given timeslots that we as the customers selected?

I went to see my Dr., the sister told me he was very busy.but if I prepare to wait she can ask the Dr.I sais .yes please

Answers. Sorry I am busy to ask.She didn't ask if I was real sick...So disappointed

Had a wonderful experience with Dr Bosman. Such a lovely doctor, never felt uncomfortable in his presence.
The waiting time was horrible even thou i had an appointment, but other than that big ups to the doctor!

Appointment was booked online for 10:30. Have to book online because the phones never get answered. Finally saw the doctor at almost 12:30 and then still had to wait at the nurses station finally leaving at 14:30. All this with my poor 4 year old waiting as patiently as a 4 year old can. Dr. Coetze is a great doctor but the running of the practice needs to get sorted.

Dr. Bosman is brilliant. However the reception staff are incredibly rude. Ive been patient with them but everytime I go there they ask do you have a booking, if you say no then their reply is " the Doctor is fully booked" with a long silance to follow. This makes you feel like you should go else where because they do not have time for you. One cant plan when to get sick and if they are fully booked where should you go.

Will never go there again !!

Excellent service from the doctors only down fall is the 1.5hours waiting period eventhough you have a confirmed appointment. Luckily there is a clicks that sells refreshments

Im happy with the service i received today. I went for dentistry and everyone was proffesional. Im not very comfortable with going to a dentist based on my previous experiences with other dentists but today was different. Thanks alot
