Rude women who assisted me today when I went to report an accident, told me that I shouldnt be at Norkem Park Police Station because the accident happened in Kempton Park......the last time I looked Norkem Park WAS in Kempton Park. This is the second time I received such pathetic service from this station, the previous time my son was physically assaulted I was told by an officer that I need to fill out an accident report. Absolutely Useless.

Absolutely awful. The female police officer referred to my father and I as 'you people', then suggested that my dad would lie about a report being made. Completely useless. All we wanted to do was log a case, and we were treated with complete disrespect.

I am grateful, they helped me on time. I didn't get the officer's name. But he was so helpful. Within a period of time I was assisted. Thank you officers on duty 27 March 2021 @10am

Outstanding service received by the officers. Professional, caring, efficiently dealt with the crisis. The officers shifts had ended but stayed at scene for over 2 hours until replacement officers arrived. I am so disappointed that I did not get their details they deserve to be recognized for the excellent manner in which they handled the crises. Well done Norkem Park Police Station from the moment I contacted you on the phone to the end of the crises your service was exemplary.

Today they arrested someone who was looking after my house for me. Came to my gate, were cross questioning me about the gentleman’s business with me. The more I said he was innocent and simply looking after my house the more rude and aggressive they became. They just grabbed him because he was taking his belongings back to his house in Tembisa.

I was moving back into my house after being away, I never thought the very police who are sworn to protect me were the ones harassing me and unjustly arresting someone who was simply looking after my house as a favour. How very disheartening! People who call themselves officers of the “law”.
