Absolutely amazing rooms. Friendly and welcoming host. Had to travel during lockdown and they had an essential certificate and could accommodate me as essential worker easily with all the health and safety precautions in place. This will be my new favorite stop over when traveling to Cape Town and back.

A very friendly and hospitable host. Clean and safe accommodation. I was upgraded to a bigger room, which was much appreciated. All the basics there, and breakfast was BIG. So I trimmed down on the other 2 mornings, which was similarly good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were travelling with a rescued kitten and we were accommodated by Aletheim in this regard. Accommodation was clean and exactly what we needed for our stay over during our trip home. Thank you Aletheim, we highly recommend this guest house.

Alet and her team went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and took care of all our needs.
Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend staying there to anyone visiting Kimberley.

If you are a clean and you believe in clean life do bother,beds are decorated with filthy teddy bears, bath room not cleaned, I guess the employees are even tired, breakfast is a disaster, they are using filthy old fashioned cutlery with some plastic handles, with dirty residue where the actual metal meets with plastic.
No Wi-Fi at ALL please don't take their nonsense advertisements nothing true about them.
The Gates operate manually yo must open and close the gates. No security. Gates don't lock.
The BNb is managed by old pensioners who run out of ideas.
A room is using camp master curtains,.
Last one,is water from bath takes time to warm..this is a disaster on its own.
