Very neat and clean and friendly.. but the expectation when visiting a salon is to feel treated and relaxed. This part lacks a bit. They are well priced.

Overall nice to visit. A business with so much potential.
Friendly welcoming receptionist. Unfortunately I didn't experience that with the over staff. This wasn't my first visit, could be more likely my fifth.
I was definitely being loyal going back each time, trying to build a good relationship with a service provider one needed monthly.
This was supposed to be my time... Take care of your customers.
Staff in general lack people skills and the personal touch of a beautician wasn't there.
Introduced yourself, listen to your client and be informative. My hair was being colored and cut. No discussion. I just sat the time out.
Sad to say.
I sincerely hope that you will learn from this review and create a tranquil, nice to visit, always to come back salon.
You are in the service business.

The best of the best! You CANNOT go wrong with them! Have been with them for so long. They are extremely professional, amazing service, build strong longterm relationships with clients, go the extra mile, value and quality- seriously treat yourself????

I was there before my appointment and had to sit and wait for over 30 mins. The service is very poor and not taking care of customers. My hair was washed in cold water and full of conditioner and had to be rewashed. Stylists constantly on their phones and taking calls while busy with hair. I did not enjoy the experience of having my hair washed and blowed here. Appointment bookings not kept on time. No decent apology. No preparation. Flies in the salon. I would no recommend this salon to anyone even for a blow wave based on extremely poor customer service and waiting periods. Another customer was pushed in on my time slot and I had to sit and wait. After my hair is done I’m asked for cash and had to find an atm. Terrible!

The lady at the front desk was very rude, and the general experience was bad, the person washing my harough and hurt me, the hair dresser did not cut my hair well and charged me more than what was discussed... I will never go back... The other salon by pick n pay is also bad.. I went to the front desk to book and appointment the lady looked at me and ignored me as I stood in front of her greeting her and asking for service
