My parents ordered 3 cheese burgers and chips by phone last week. Dad CLEARLY stated he does not want spice or sauce on the chips. Went to collect only to find out the chips tasted old and were extremely salty. burgers were also undercooked and salty.

Menu consists of about 3-5 items. We used to buy those massive burgers here, now they don't offer it anymore

Definitely goes down as one of the best burgers I have ever had. I totally recommend Hamburger House if you're around Kimberley, and not just looking for a meal, but a mouthful of joy. Their parties are soft and tender, you would swear they slaughter the cow while you order

Hamburger house a place where you used to get the best burgers. Now you wait 30min for a toasted sandwich, staff to busy on there cell phones to assist properly. Lady is kitchen only one who is efficient

Decent prices for a good size burger. Alot of different options to choose from. I ordered the kudu burger and I'm satisfied
