I Just had a bad experience at hungry lion kimberley and it wasn't for the first time. The service was extremely poor, the staff there they don't treat the customers fairly and you can stand there for your order for a long time. No star will actually be appropriate for them

Not very happy at all..... 2 days in a row when you come to hungry Lion at 17:50 the ice cream machine is already being cleaned so no ice cream....
When you ask them what time they switch off the machine they just look at you.

Just bought chicken meals through Ubereats. Chicken was dry as a bone. Chips soggy! I didnt even receive the two servings of coleslaw in the meal. Very dissatisfied!

I enjoy the food I buy at Hungry Lion. You never have long to wait to receive your food. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They inform you of specials and help you to get better value for your money.

Service could improve.
Be more engaged with customers, especially waiting times.
The food is ok.
