Drive thru, but always have to wait 10min...ending up to 20 min. Your order is also incomplete and 'mash' now come without gravy..lol????

I waited for 15min to order while standing at the register. Finally got helped by 18:05. Went back inside and got the food at 18:35. The place wasn't even packed

Kfc's moto used to be speed with service but the speed at which one has to wait for his meal is non existant.

The chicken is very nice the only problem the drive-thru is a problem cause after ordering you have to still wait outside and it doesn't feel safe cause there are people there to ask money and it doesn't make dining feel good

Went through the drive thru and waited 20 minutes in line then waited for 45Minutes again had to go into the store and wait another 15 Minutes before anything came out pathetic service and customer relations
