The food was good and the services it is just the cleaning of the tables is not done after very person is done on the table. They should get someone on the floor to keep it hygiene. Just because we have vaccines for covid it doesn't mean it is gone.

They employees should work on their customer skills. They are slightly a bit unprofessional. I'm talking from experience on different occasions. Employees at other KFC outlets/restaurants in Kby, are much better.

The experience is always different.

General always full with long lines.

At times your order will not have the KFC sauces.

When using the Electronic Order option. You will need to remind them to check your order

When i got home i discovered they didnt add the 2 crunch burgers for the kids. I went back the next morning to argue my point. Argued wirh them for 30 minutes so they can take responsibility.

The meat was awfull,it had a greyish colour,i had to give it away as it was disgusting.i was in a hurry there was no time for me to see the manager,definitely not going back there ever again.

This is in the heart of Kimberly CBD..the staff were very friendly but this place need a bit of TLC on terms of cleanliness..
