What a wonderful experience today. From reception downstairs to Joy upstairs at Dental. Dshe welcomed me into her family and Dr Meyer was a whirlwind of personality. Thank youto you all I could enjoy a great supper because all my teeth were alighned. May you go from strenght to strenght in your beautiful new building.

Very great full that Medicross are open on Saturdays , but even if you are there at opening time , you still need to wait for the doctor that are 30min to an 1 hour late. That is really disappointing a specially if you are there early waiting with a sick child. And then they aren't even feeling bad charging you full price after waiting so long to be helped. Overall I give them 2 stars for being friendly and being open on weekends.

I've generally had good experiences with Medicross Kimberley, however, even after receiving sms and email confirmation of an appointment I was told the doctor is not in and I was supposed to phone in for a confirmation. I do not understand why they have online bookings and confirmation if a phone call is still a requirement. I only received the notification that the appointment had been cancelled after leaving Medicross. If the online bookings do not work the system should be scrapped to save people the trouble

Went to Medicross Kimberley and asked for a normal dental check-up. The dentist and all the personnel were extremely friendly and professional, they also did a very good job. However, when the bill came, I was charged over R1200 - for a dental check-up, which took no more than 20 minutes.

I am completely baffled. The service is good, make no mistake, but if you have a limited budget, steer clear.

Service is great and doctors are very helpful. However, even with appointment, you'll still wait a long time before you can see the doctor. Like, you can wait for an our after your original booked time.

Hours indicate open at 8am..web site indicates open at 8am..no additional signage to suggest hours amended.. Clinic Manager's phone straight to voicemail.. Sitting with a sick child in the car for the past half an hour.. This is not acceptable...
