Wow, far surpassed my expectations of a Road Lodge. It was just a quick overnighter, so arrived late in the evening, staff attentive and friendly. Room was immaculate. Beautifully decorated and modern. Had a fantastic night's sleep after a long car journey. Could not hear any road or outside noises. Will definitely recommend.

was alright, comfortable, nice breakfast, pool clean, funny smell in some rooms and cigarette smell in some of the non smoking rooms too

The staff,with all promises ("it's got secure and covered parking,cctv cameras, we have security guards 24/7 ",as they say over the phone but not all truth at this hotel is said,the rooms yes are those of a road lodge indeed(small) we accept.My one month old brand new car was bumped here at their so called covered and monitored parking still today ,nobody knows who did it.Please guys give customers peace of mind.The guys you see walking on the parking there with reflector jackets i am told by one of the staff they do it "voluntarily" earning nothing ,they only walk to your car to collect R5 ,for nothing.Here you must come with a truck nobody will bump it,my car radio's aerial was stolen here in 2009,taken off right from the car roof, very bad customer care( bad customer care indeed)in terms of caring for customer's property,especially a mere car which is out there in your eyes as a paid host ,come on guys!!

Perfect for bed and breakfast. Clean rooms, great service. Reception team and Manager were very professional. I will definitely come back to the Road Lodge

The staff was very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay at the Road Lodge.

And I wouldn't mind going back there.

The place is fine and secured however, it's cooler during the night and extra blanket will do. Let the blankets be in the rooms for the one who will need it.

It's a good place to be especially for business and vacation...staff was very friendly and welcoming from the reception to the room service
