Maybe it was more ignorance from my side, but I stood outside in the cold not realizing that a person could wait inside. Confusion created because many people were waiting outside.
There is even a bathroom.

There is no details about up coming busses If you aren't travelling via Intercape. It seems like the Tourist Information Centre only caters for the Intercape Bus.

This should have securities to guard passengers, also need shelter or waiting rooms

Waiting to board a bus here, the whole area was strewn with litter... Service at the kiosk made up for it, with the staff being friendly and willing to help...

It's been years that the information centre doesn't have security or shade, there needs to be an investment into tourism
