Everything about this place is horrible. From the room we slept in. The bath tap leaking. Once you open it the bathroom becomes a swimming pool.

No breakfast serves. But its classifies as a bed and breakfast. They charge R120.00 pp for breakfast. Horrible breakfast.

Couldn't wait to leave the place. When we decided to extend our holiday this horrible place was the last we could think off.

They say they have DStv. Each night struggled to connect and we told the same thing that people came and checked everything is fine but still no connection.

The description of what the accommodation offers is misleading.

This place was great. Our room was clean. There were no loud noise during the weakend. The jaccuzi were excellent.

I booked two adults and a child for two nights. Arriving I was told that I did not indicate that we would be three people, even though it was clearly indicated on the booking confirmation, so they had to change rooms. At first glance the room was nice, aircon worked, decor tasteful and bedding clean. On the down side the toilet leaked, if you shower the entire floor is wet up to the toilet and the bath. Only one coffee cup in the kitchenette, coffee for one helping no sugar. Worst of all, when we arrived for breakfast, we were informedthat breakfast is not part of the deal. This even after I showed the person on duty that it forms part of what is offered on the website where I booked. He simply stood his ground and indicated "no breakfast". I will never stay with this establishment again and will also not refer anyone to it. I am also going to submit a complaint to the Consumers Board in this regard. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Agoda debited R726.75 TWICE from my account. Therefore, I paid R1 453,5 per night for a very average room. The space does not look as advertised in the photos. There was one staff member who was not very friendly. I can say the room was relatively clean, but bathroom in the Executive room was not as promised with a bath and no Hot tub or bottled water in the refrigerator. The place was empty and we were the only visitors there after advertised that there is only 1 space left. Quiet neighborhood and a hotel with so much potential, but looks like the upkeep has been neglected. When we enquired about the room that is not as promised and the staff that was there took us to the honeymoon sweet that was much better and in a good condition.

To my disappointment I found that the bedding had yellow spots on the sheets are old and thin. Not what you see on the pictures as advertised. Even though my invoice shows departure 21 May I was told by the keeper that I was suppose to be out 20 May 2021 at 10h00 after I have said in my mail that my day and night have been swooped because of working night shift.

It looks very nice on the photos and even on arrival. At first glance it looks nice and cozy... then you unpack....Spend 5 minutes in the room and find that the Dstv is not connected, the remote of your room's aircon is not right one,your tv remote doesn't have batteries or the tv has no remote at all,a chair falls over because one of it's legs are broken. Worst part of it all is with all these things happening and we decided to rather go find another place the owner was now blaming us for the inconveniences became extremely rude and belittling. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
