Friendly staff. Helpful. Know layout of shop. Very clean, pleasant ambience. Well stocked. Tellers efficient, well done! Quick check out. Very patient and oh so calm, accommodating.
I had my on the house XTEA SHOPPER BIRTHDAY COFFEE!! SERVED WITH A SMILE, PIPING HOT, DELICIOUS. WOW WERE OFFERED SACHETS OF HONEY WHEN I SAID I DON'T USE SUGAR!!! REALLY EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!

Caring n cleanliness staff behavior good though not all some staff really need to be told that clients are the same no apartheid e.g.the cashier who helped me never great or ask if want a plastic bag wen I asked for it she just throw it without packing for me though not a lot of thins bt her face shows that she doesn't care

I have problem with ladies toilets at Checkers hyper we are using only 1 toilet for about 4 months now. Yesterday I was there to check no improvement please try something about those toilets please Checkers hyper. I like to do shopping at hyper from Lichtenburg. Toilets are disappointing
