I visited your restaurant on the 26 of September for lunch. The food and service was 4 stars. I am visual impaired and the way to the bathrooms have got steps that are not properly marked. There is a warning sign on the wall for the steps but it does not indicate where the steps are. The same for your eating area. You can solve the problem by putting a visible line on the edge of the steps. By the way I fell down the first step going to the bathroom.

I ordered hake, rice and coleslaw. It was prepared in a decent amount if time (about 12minutes) and tasted delicious. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

I'm new in the area and It was my first time at this branch, and will most likely not be my last, well situated. Friendly, fantastic and fast service. The place was neat and clean. Food was well presented and delicious. Will definitely be returning to this branch.

I wish I could give negative stars. Worse servive ever. No phone etiquette and respect for customer service. Awful

If i could give zero stars i would, after waiting more than an hour for a delivery only to find out after phoning again that the order was never even accepted, with no feedback from the so called call center you have to order through. Really bad service for a fast food franchise.

Horrible service, and order was never placed by the employee answering the phone. It took an hour and a half then finally phoned to find out where my order was. And they just said it was never placed. The employees at this branch is incompetent.

Really pathetic. I ordered a paella. The menu states fish nuggets - no fish nuggets, 3 burnt pieces of fish about 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm. Prawns - burnt, could not peel them because they were not slit on the backs, had to struggle to get the meat out. Calamar i strips - there weren't any. Shrimps burnt. Fried rice - no! pasty boiled or whatever rice, no flavour, bland. Not even a wedge of lemon. Truly disgusting. The whole dish was a dissappointment and tasted burnt. If this is the service you render I suggest you close your doors
