The service is poor, for the fact that it has a drive thru, it means a person expects to be assisted speedily. I got to window where I need to collect my food, there was no one to attend. I had to wait there for about 5 minutes before I got my food.

The line of customers was so long, not because they were busy but because there was one person taking orders and preparing them. So many customers got so tired from waiting outside for almost 45mins and left. The rest that had no other option but to wait stood and watched in dismay. The dunked wings were just terrible, but the wait was the worst. Yet the drive through was flowing, there was no manager as customers were complaining and asking to speak to one. Even after some people were waiting for their orders the guy at the door wouldn't let other customers in as the line eventually started moving. The reason we knew that 1 person was managing order as well as taking them is not because they were apologizing and explaining what the delay was for. Its because saw what was happening and asked questions, its so unfair that the eldery too had to wait. Alot of these reviews share our similar experience that the lines were long and service was slow, I thought these reviews were meant to help not make it worse. This is wrong

The staff was rude , we had to wait in the queue and no one was in the front of house to serve customers. The lady told us to wait for 30 minutes because they were still preparing.

Clean inside and out, but was very annoyed at the 21 piece barrel bought there which contained 13 wings and 5 drumsticks which in itself is wrong especially after asking specifically for at least 4 thighs and 4 breasts. And when I add up the pieces I don't get 21 prices. Unfortunately we only saw this when we got home, which was quite a distance to go all the way back again. Very disappointed in that branch.

Worst service ever. Sat in a line in the drivethrough for a while then I've been told "sorry you can't pay with card" No sign where you entered into the drive through. And then waited another 20min just to get out of the drive through without any food.. You will not see me again with this poor service! Please put a notice where people enter so they don't waste their time when they in a hurry...
