Our first impressions were good (very friendly lady welcomed us), but we did not have a great experience sleeping.
Bed linen was almost see-through and sheet was torn. Pillows were extremely dirty. Shower is a huge flop, whole floor gets wet. Insufficient lighting in room.
Wifi did not connect.
No plug near the kettle, I had to put the kettle on the floor to boil. There was enough coffee and sugar on the tray, unfortunately no teabags on the tray.
And the safety of our vehicle was also a big concern, as you have to open and cloe the gate manually. There was a function and the gate was open the whole time.
When we left, we noticed that the fire extinguishers needed to be serviced a long time ago.
Breakfast was bacon, eggs, a slice of tomato and toast. Coffee was nice, but we were not given the option of having it black.
Sadly we did not have a great stay and can't recommend St Andrew's Guesthouse.

Awesome place, great staff and gorgeous rooms.

However the night was cold and the bedding was not up to the task, but definitely worth the 4 1/2 stars. Than you!

It was clean, fresh, relaxing and quiet.
The service was friendly and very assisting. I plan to go back soon

Overall satisfied.
1) the staff was great, opened up the place and let us have a great time sipping Gin and taking photos. Thank you so much for waiting for us and having a laugh with us.
2) good place for a quiet lunch with a lovely little bar.
3) place needs a little TLC.

The most friendliest manager by the name of Alyssa. Great from start to finish. Was put off by cigarette smell in the room we booked and we couldn't be moved as it was full.
Alyssa made it up to us my waiting on us hand and foot and throwing on free cuppacinnos

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at St Andrew's guesthouse,everything was comfortable and it's really clean..The one thing that I absolutely hated was the fact that my husband forgot his universal charger in the room and we went back to fetch it but they said they did not find it.Why steal what doesn't belong to you?A R400 charger suddenly grew feet and ran out of the the guesthouse?I will not be returning to this guesthouse again,honesty is key and taking what doesn't belong to you is considered theft.

Definitley not 4 star. Promised a room with jacuzzi for same price. Curtains do not hang properly or to the ground. Breakfast was not included. Ceiling above shower is flaking and hazard for slipping as not closed. No soap or 1shampoo. Chair broken. Took a cold shower as there were no warm water. Very disgusted to pay R600 for a substandard Bu0026B. The place needs proper maintenance. Curtains not hanged properly and not even to the ground. Roosmarie Vorster
