All I can say is WOW. I went for a very personal procedure and the staff were angels. Nurse Amanda attended to all my needs and so much more. It was my first experience at this day hospital and I wasn't expecting to have VIP treatment. They ensured to check all my foods and meds as I have extraordinary allergies and they took it very seriously.

What a professional service i received from pre admission authorisation to admission to ward to theatre to Dr van Dyk and Dr Rawlands!! And as a retired GP and a previous Chief Director who licenced private hospitals in the NWP i do think i know hospitals inside out. Well done Sunningdale and all your staff. Dr T G K Oosthuizen

Just to explain. an emergence operation scheduled and the workers treated you as if you are the reason for covide and because you have not been tested yet. the dr and the theater people are great but the after care and initial entry are bad. nurses are just siting and chatting and does not take good care of people and treat the person looking after the person having the operation as if they are nothing and you should be great full being allowed access. the workers can really go and learn at ancron or wilmed park hospitals to treat people at hospital with dignity and respect. If i could i would rate it 0

Never have i ever received such care in a hospital like sunninghill ressus..... To a point were i could no longer differentiate between nurses and doctors... Your staff is amazing.... Sister Melvin i will never him and the whole team. Thank you.

This hospital is worthy of 7 stars. Excellent private hospital. Warm, quick, friendly service and they literally welcomed me by the door. Will highly recommend this hospital.

Compliments to the staff of Sunningdale hospital. We couldn't ask for better/friendlier service. A warm thank you for making hospitalization a much nicer experience!

Excellent Dr's , theatre staff and administrative staff but poor service in the ward from nurses and customer complaints are handled in a disgraceful manner.
