They did not make a booking after we phoned 2 days before and made a payment. Person spent 30 min trying to get us a room. Eventualy phoned the owner. Room was very small. Only 2 medium towels, shower leaked a lot, but no showermat. Bedside lamp did not even have a globe in. Only 1 light of 3 working. Hairdrier in a cupboard on the floor and we had to move the cupboard to be able to plug it in, only to find it did not work. When asking about it, receptionist only laughed!!

The one star is for the very friendly Receptionist otherwise the rating would have been a zero. the place is rather broken down and shabby. kettle not working no standard soaps …you don't even have a soap holder. had to bath with soap between my teeth to avoid putting it on the floor. sheets were stained from God knows what, paid for a breakfast that I never got .room smelled of smoke. half a toilet roll with no back up despite that I had booked for two days. doors kept opening at all hours of the night which left me thinking I was in an establishment not fit for a lady. You have a lot of work to do as an establishment. those are not guest house standards at all. hope you fix this or else you lose business during these very hard times.

The friendly and helpful staff was the highlight. Same breakfast served daily. Rooms very basic and in need of maintenance.

Disappointed is an UNDERSTATEMENT. When I arrived to check in, I had to press the bell at reception FOUR times within about 20 minutes with NO LUCK or service AT ALL. I literally had to PHONE them. I was shown to a room (not the one I booked), it appeared dirty and the one nightstand was broken. I was told that someone else had been put in the room that I had booked, but they would move them to another room so I could get the room I originally booked. My function was due in 45 minutes and I still had to get dressed and cleaned up. I told them that it was UNACCEPTABLE, because the room had not been sanitized or cleaned. I urgently had to make other arrangements and my whole evening/night was a disaster. AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT, DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I honestly don't know how this place is still in business.

Shocking and the room I was shown dirty and why do you allow people smoking in the rooms.. not what you reflect on website... 3 min down the road and R250 extra by far a cleaner and much better place... you need serious help

The bathroom was small and narrow, the furniture had chips everywhere. Its not a very nice place

Friendly receptionist, helpfull staff. We really enjoyed our stay here????????
