It is exactly as advertised. We didn't have breakfast as we had to leave very early. However the room was clean and functional. The bed was very comfy and super clean. The check-in was a breeze. If you deliver what you advertise you deserve 5 stars.

The place is beautiful as advertised that's exactly what u get.A big thank you to Chrissy she made us feel so welcome..
Their breakfast was always on time and they served hot coffee and tea .

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated, and converted into a well-managed Bu0026B. Bed was a gift for tired bodies and minds, and breakfast is substantial, hot, fresh and delicious. Excellent management and staff.
(Forgot to leave a gratitude tip in our rush but will be back.)
Close to golf courses and to Blend Restaurant for the tastiest pizza toppings in Knysna.

47 on Howard is the perfect place to relax and breakfast is fantastic. I'll definitely stay there again.

Mistakenly booked this place while having other accommodation. Owner/manager went out of her way to assist. Even though I wont be staying, I highly recommend any place with such excellent customer service.

It was soo peachful and clean, big open rooms with everything that you need. Coffee station, swimming pool, aircon and a view. You can use the kitchen, dining room and lounge area for a home made dinner or simply go to the Waterfront that is about 4 km away for a variety of restaurants!

The kitchen staff was very friendly and made breakfast very pleasant. We arrived on a day that was exceptionally hot, the room was like a sauna on arrival even though we gave an estimated time of arrival, felt the room could have been cooled down a little before arrival. Room was very hot even on the cooler days, unfortunately the room didn't have block out curtains, so very bright very early. No swimming towels were offered, nice sun bathing chairs, but no cushions or umbrella for the very hot day. We booked the room because of the nice big bath, but at check-in were told not to use it as the owner does not want guests to use it. The building needs some work and some furniture is dated and looks unpleasant due to sun damage.
