We spontaneously went by the guesthouse and were greeted very warmly by Richard and Mandy. Fortunately, they also had a room free. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was nice and clean. The selection from breakfast was great. I would recommend this accommodation in Knysna to any traveler!

A very famous indian traveller and journalist (santhosh george kulangara) who visited ur place in 2005 has mentioned about it and the then owner Joan in a television programme telecasted today. He showed a brief video about ur place and the warm welcome he recieved during his stay. He was highly impressed by the service . After watching that i am looking forward to come to you guys when in visit knysna by the end of the year

The best relax in Knysna. Old House with a history and atmosphere.
Very good location, there are restaurants, shops near. The main road is here, but the hotel is quiet and comfortable.
If you mountain biker you can start just from the hotel for riding Concordia trails.
They have a safe territory with big parking.
Hosts are very friendly, correct and helpful.
We had incredible breakfasts on the terrace with a view on the laguna.
The rooms are comfortable and beautiful.
Highly recommended!

A perfect place to stay over. The old world charm of the premises plus the efficient, but homely ambience add up to a most pleasant experience.

Stayed over during a knee procedure at Advanced Day Hospital. Richard was a great help taking me to and from the hospital, which was greatly appreciated.
Room not only comfortable but warm during a couple of very chilly nights. Breakfast was perfect and both Richard and Mandy were superb hosts. Helped me pack and unpack my car which easy for me on crutches.
Highly recommend this Bu0026B very centrally located.
