What an awesome bakery! But you need to arrive early to get real value. Products fly off the shelf. But despite arriving late, we were still able to get amazing sourdough bread.

Incredible artisanal sourdough pizza. A small range of carefully crafted minimalist pizzas e.g. Limone - Mozzarella balls, sliced olives, thinly cut lemon slices and a few basil leaves - less is so much more.

I’ve been drinking coffee and eating all the delicious treats consistently for the last year and a half. The chocolate cake is next level!! Trust. While I wait for my pizza order (I normally get the chorizo, so good ya!) I’ll grab a bread stick as well. By locals for locals. I love this place ❤️????

I bought some Sourdough bread and frozen pizza bases from their stall at the Wild Oats Community market in Sedgefield and without a doubt the best quality and taste in the Garden Route. By a mile!!! Well done guys. Keep it coming!

This post is long overdue - Knysna is blessed to have Maillard’s in it! Bringing something completely unique to our town. Delicious coffee, baked goodies and of course, their famous sourdough pizzas! Keep it up!

EPIC PIZZAS! Such a great little spot with a nice vibe. Quality ingredients ending in a great product. I would highly recommend the Marinara! Paulie is doing God's work over here :)...and the Basque Cheescake is next level!
