A great meal and atmosphere during the Knysna Marathon!! The vibe and community was amazing!!

Weren't able to give a booking of table but was lucky with a walk in table. Average view inside, but lovely breeze in the restaurant. Could see the lake which was lovely! Friends had a pizza and a burger which was above average.

Highly recommend the SEAFOOD PLATTER FOR TWO - see photos below. Oyster special was a nice touch.

We've had a bunch of meals at Sirocco and every one has been great. Half price sushi is a hit. The seafood platter with complimentary wine....the paella with the same..and the paella was so good. Great balance with the seafood to rice ratio. Also absolutely great service and cocktails!

Sirocco is a hidden gem in Thesen Island, but with spectacular views. One could sit all day and just soak up the magic in the air. The sushi was fresh and the Aperol Spritzer recommended by Nico was special. In fact Nico, the manager is on point. He is friendly and makes you feel part of the 'family'. Dare to explore the inside of the restaurant, there are so many different nooks to discover. And there is The Project upstairs, perfect for private parties from 10 to 50 people with amazing views. And often they run specials..so ask about them.

This is a MUST visit! The food, view and service were impeccable. Everything was so fresh! There's plenty of overflow parking. I suggest booking ahead of your visit. We had the sushi (pricy but delicious) and seafood pizza (fresh and generous). They also serve cocktails.

Really nice cocktails. Great views. Food took really long to come out.. I ordered a poke bowl.. which is literally fresh ingredients packed in a bowl.. it took +- 45min.

Beautiful restaurant, friendly service, staff go out of their way to check on the customers. The food was impeccable, the brownie to die for.. and we asked for dessert to share and they were so kind to break it up into 2 plates for us. Lovely experience, and best food during our stay in Knysna.

From start to finish our experience was faultless.
The setting is superb in a really stunning restaurant overlooking the waters at Thesen Island.
Service was fabulous.. you can see that the staff were well trained
Menu options for everyone’s taste
We opted to try the oyster experience… absolutely the best oysters we have ever had with a glass of bubbly. Ended up ordering 3. Loved the vodka onion marmalade … very fresh and delicious
Sushi was really fantastic … again the best I’ve had and I eat out a lot
Pizzas were perfect
Hubby went for the chicken and chorizo.. he demolished it before I got a picture ????
Nice wine selection and a roof top bar to enjoy great views and after dinner drinks
Vibe was tops
One of my favorite restaurants for sure
