I cannot always pay for a R6 bag whenever I have forgotten my bags in the car or at home. They need to have some other means of carrying our groceries when we don't want to go the expensive route of that linen bag......adawyz happy with Woolies......

I love WW Knysna. A pity there is no restaurant. It woukd do very well!

Knysna Woolworths was upgraded and enlarged during 2020/2021. Consequently it is a well laid out and pleasant store in which to shop. Being in Knysna, it is smaller than the Woolworths stores in larger metropolitan cities and of needs does not have the capacity to stock the wide variety of goods to be found in those stores. The men's clothing and homeware sections do not carry the full range to be found in the larger stores. There is no Country Road or Trenery in store. It is the service in this Woolies which distinguishes it from the larger stores. The staff are very, very friendly, provide excellent service and when they see one is struggling or not finding what one is seeking, they unsolicitedly offer their services to assist one. I experienced this service in both the supermarket and men's clothing sections. It was a joy to receive such excellent and friendly service.

I found this store to be an excellent store although the variety is limited because it's small. Maybe it's because that it caters for the small community in Knysna.

The service is very good and the store is fresh.

Woolworths Knysna is very busy over the Christmas season. I did a Click and Collect order and did not check the bags. Got home to find one was missing and I arranged to pick it up the next morning. I know it is not really incumbent on the customer to check their order but considering the time of year it is not such a difficult thing to do. My bag was waiting for me with a beautiful bunch of flowers as an apology. ???? Thank you Woolies for brightening my day.
