We booked accommodation at BEE Eaters farm for the 2017 Innibos festival, the photos that was advertised looked promising and justified a 4 star rating. However, when we arrived we were shocked and astonished with what we received. They have cleared the staff house to accommodate guests!!! Oversized, old and rotten curtains. Dirty oven with old food still in it, empty cold rooms with old steel bed frames. They robbed 7 people of their hard earned money, we did not even return and found accommodation elsewhere. They refuse to refund our money and refuse to take responsibility for the pathetic condition of the highly priced accommodation. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! BEE Eaters Farm has new owners with no management skills, I will be surprised if this place is still standing in two years time. And if you go....good luck finding a receptionist.

I have never felt the need to rate a place after a stay. This was by far the worst client service experience. The owner's wife made promises she did not even try to keep amd lied openly. The guests seem to not matter at all. The food was absolutely terrible. Cold, mooshy, not nearly enough and we never got the order we placed or got any order whatsoever in less than 45mins. When you try to communicate with staff they are completely incompetent and rude. Many kind requests were blatantly ignored. Any request to the person in charge ended in a screaming match. "I'm not making excuses" would be followed by the poorest and most unjustified of excuses. The rooms are completely below par. Curtain hooks broken on every railing, nothing to welcome guests, no one at reception. Entering and leaving is such an issue, we spent a total of 2 hours in 2 days stuck outside the gate without answer from any staff. Our request for the buffet breakfast indicated on the menu was met with a deep fried old piece of fish dug up from a forgotten fridge. This was wothout anything else on the chipped plate. Asking for coffee ended in light brown water from dirty dishes. Beautiful view. I cannot stress how bad theservice was. 4 star rating?? If you want to fight for any basic item or service supposed to be included in the ridiculous price you paid - this is the place for you. without wonderful friends and family working through the night a whole wedding would've been completely ruined. I feel like they stole my money.

It's a beautiful place where you can watch the sun rises and set's good service is provided I really enjoy this place and you won't regret your stay here

Bee eaters closed for a few years.Completely neglected looks bad.
