I have never experienced such poor service from a Galitos nationwide.
I ordered my food and waited an hour and a half still no delivery.
I went directly to the store because they were giving me vague answers about my order.
I arrive and they claim my order isn't in the store and cannot get a hold of the driver.
My lunch hour passed and now had to explain to my boss why I'm back late.
They were difficult in refunding me my money.
I was not even compensated for my inconvenience and no consideration was taken in regards to my personal resources being used to pick up the order I have already paid delivery for and I was met with a lot of attitude.

Still shocked.

Update:
The customee service from the regional manager was quick. Thank you.
I do suggest however an improvement in the online system

Please induction needs to be done or refresher training. I have had a couple of bad service to such an extent that I don't want them to cut my meat in to pieces anymore or else 1 piece is missing. Today they did not have salt and I opted for take away, because I know how bad Their service can be I always check my order. They just gave me the meat and chips no salt ???? and I asked them why they did not tell me that the sachet salt is finished imagen eating chips with no salt but as always "sorry we really apologize "

WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE AND DONT TELL ME CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE COZ THEY ALSO CANT HELP WITH JACK, ORDERED AT 09.30 ITS 12.12 NOW AND THE ORDER HASNT ARRIVED. YALL SHOULD CLOSE DOWN THAT DELIVERY SERVICE COZ YALL FAILING.

Horrible service. Placed an order online at 10:31... it is now 12 and still have not received my order???? this is disgusting. What makes it worse is that this would be my first time ever giving Galitos a try ... absolutely terrible first time experience
