I ordered food online about two weeks ago but it wasn't delivered. I tried to claim it back and I was given stories. I called the head office still no refund. I am so disappointed in this shop.

The food is amazing in the waiting time is a little bit short so yeah it's very convenient for you when you're hungry

Service was very bad,we bought full chicken hot and spicy chips but when we got home we realised tht we were given just chicken with little bit of vinegar.the chicken was literally just chicken no spice no chilli and the chips were just plain chips no spice no vinegar no salts and to make matters worse we were not even given take away Sauses salt or vinegar.this place used to be my first stop from Jozi to home and my last stop from home to Jozi.the service was very bad,it was like the were in a hurry to close the shop.u are down grading Galitos,I'm so disappointed.

Pathetic business, was given 2 plates (for 5 people) and told to use the plates with meat and rolls. Ridiculous now 3 people had to wait for the others to finish eating first. Rubish service
