This is a new hotel. Its an awesome establishment, the rooms, the friendly staff, the service and the location in Nelspruit. Enjoyed my stay.

Hotel in a poor condition. Situated near a bus terminal. Very noisy till late at night. Only highlight was Tracy with her service. Breakfast could have been a bit better. No butter had to ask. Had to ask for bread to be toasted. Those little things that matters lacked attention.

Was absolutely disappointed. Words can’t explain how disappointed I was and still am.

No effort whatsoever is done in the rooms to make it feel like it is worth it’s price. No carpets , rooms are as wide as Zuma’s corruption case but has zero to nothing in it.
The TV is about as basic as they come , 19 channels with nothing but SABC 1 , 2 , 3 and eTV … and repeating again like that until the 19th channel.

No shower , or so it seems , bath tub with a hanging pipe and some weird dongle that looked like a shower head , the tubs aren’t Eve safe to stand in and no curtains to divert the water from the head to out the tub.

One towel but I booked for two guests , a tall one and a guest towel and I guess we had to use the wind from out the windows to dry ourselves up.

Was also promised “wonderful” “spectacular” views from outside the window , and all I got was a view of Mr Price and some Short Term Cash Loans shop.
Saturday morning we were just rudely woken up by the sound of a hammer and a drill machine. Talk about “a home away from home”.

I don’t want to lie , I seldom write reviews of places I’ve visited but this had to be said. Was so bad , I checked out the day before because wow … ???????? I think I have PTSD from all of that trauma.

Please good people , can’t call it a hotel with sub cheap par interior. For that price , Aowa no. Even my girlfriend is still mad at me.

Clean and neat. Helpful staff. Beds a bit hard. Convenient location, shopping complex a stone throw away. Right in town, convenient to those who have meetings in town.

Management team is really helpful and understanding. They bent their rule for us. Time are spacious u0026 clean. They have a cool get feature and the hotel is central to all things important. Great reception, looking forward to the breakfast.

Very clean, located at the core of the CBD, easy to access and also easy to get to shops without driving.
