Rooms were okay, the service was just poor the place doesn't accommodate people with disabilities more especially those who are wheelchair bound and we had to fight to get assistance which we ended up not getting and had to change hotels. They are unable to serve a large group of people and they must improve on that one because we stood for close to an hour on the Que waiting for food and they were just so slow even on preparing the food because some people couldn't get enough food as they were taking too much time preparing or bringing it to the dining hall. Their staff must learn to communicate with people and show a friendly face and not frown at guests, when we are not happy with their service we are bound to be angry and demand better service, theirs is to make sure that they deliver on that one and not be angry because they are being called out for their incompetence.
