Hotel was standard for what you expect from a good hotel: clean spacious rooms etc, but what took that crown for me was the excellent service friendly service from the staff. By far, one of the friendliest staff I have come across. They all seemed more than happy to offer any assistance whatsoever, from different smiling faces coming to check you on your breakfast table (it wasn't annoying at all because they seemed genuinely willing to come to your service).. They were all great, but Christopher Ngubeni, a standout for me. Found me a nice spot to work at and helped move my laptop and all my other items with the biggest smile and without me having to ask! Cuddos for the staff! From reception to the smiling cleaning lady!

A bit outdated if you ask me.

The only good thing about this hotel is the friendly staff and the breakfast.

Poor quality finishes in the rooms

Still using satellite tv when most hotels have switched to smart TVs.

I was placed in a room with 2 double beds when I was traveling alone (make it make sense ????)

My stay here was absolutely amazing, the room was clean, the towels, sheets and bed all smelled fresh. The only concern is parking space, it is small and the security guard at the gate is extremely rude and she won't help you!

Beautiful hotel, great location. My only gripe was for the slow breakfast service, spent 3 nights there and they were all the same.

Basic hotel , noting bad to say , decent breakfast, decent rooms , friendly staff and good location , on the highway ,
It’s an old property but maintained well ,
Part of Marriott group so if you have membership it’s works well

The room was an extreme let down, the telephone was not working, no fridge, no towels. However the sheets were good quality and I appreciated that. The aircon was faulty and kept on warming up the room. The service I received was remarkable and made me revisit for the 2nd time, sadly it was fully booked due to a function they were hosting. Location us very convenient and ideal. The lighting in the rooms could do with a few touch ups also. Hope to find it in a better state during my next visit. And ohhhhh the common area is just amazing. Sadly I didn't take pictures this time around

Nice location surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. Very secure parking, comfortable beds and clean room. Staff is friendly and supportive. Overall, a good stay.
