This is the most uneducated staff and security I ever come upon they are useless first they don't now the visiting hours staff and the gate don't communicate they make their own rules according to refuse to give medicine to the patients thinks the hospitaal belong to them first when I call it was 7 to 8 pm when I got there driving from gauteng they say 2 to 3 pm once a day only None of them are qualify for any of their positions they are useless photo attached of visiting hours

The process of taking one file card its quiet a long process ,prices which one should pay when they are injured should be different in terms of their occupation.And the way they operate takes time it's a drag I got to the Hospital at 05.30 am and left at 15.30 pm afternoon!

I come here since 2010 once a month for my INR test u0026 from time to time on a weekend for emergency
The only complain I have is of the people working @ the reception area.
They will help you when ever they are ready u0026 done with what ever they were busy with. Although the should start working @ 7 in the morning.
Then they help a few patient u0026 leave the post u0026 only come back when ever.
I know Rob Fereira is quite busy because it is afterall a Government Hospital u0026 help alot of patients but if they speedup their performence @ the front everything will be so much easier.
But the feeling I get is they do you a very big favour by helping you so you wait your turn.

Otherwise I do not have a problem, always get good service there, although have to say there is quite a few with very good attitute u0026 always willing to assist with a smile, so I do want to thank those who work there u0026 love there work u0026 do there best to assist where ever they possibly can with a very good attitude.

We as patients most definitely do appreciate it tremendously.

Went there with my fiance as she was having an attack the admin/clerk lady opening her file refused to put my details there claiming that I'm not a family member, she kept on shouting and lecturing my sick fiance. She has a horrible attitude, bad patients skills she must be removed or fired she behaves like she owns the hospital and all that disgusting attitude made my fiance to fear for life and guess that inside it should be worse if the entrance just a minor admin disrespects so much and bully people like that and we left soon after we opened that incomplete file. What kind of a hospital would admit a patient whose there for an operation without next of kin details.As we are walking towards the casualty we heard them gossiping and laughing and that was it for us we are not poor to be disrespected like that only because we seek assistance at a public facility. Hospital management must take this matter into consideration that lady must be removed period she's full of herself and wasting people's time.

Salute to Dr MV Baloyi(practice....... 8515) (gynecologist )(i was admitted 23/02/222)...he was so patient when attending me, he explained to me every procedure he did on me, he explained to me my condition and also made sure I understood clearly everything, I was really in good hands God bless him as he is a great assert to the health organization.
