There's this waitress with blue hair. She's so so friendly!!! She makes the place great! It's a surprisingly quite place in the midst of chaos! Cars driving, sonpark centre is always so busy, but in the Puzzle it's like a comfortable, and easy going space in all of this.

Lovely place to have breakfast at. Staff very friendly. Vibe awesome. Everything about this shop is just awesome. I would recommend anybody to go there

I went out with the family for a quick coffee. We did not receive very understanding or accommodating service, although it was still friendly. Overall it was an uncomfortable experience. I would not easily go back.

A Nescafé machine isn't what I would call coffee. Especially at R24 per cup. One can buy freshly roasted speciality coffee for that price.
