A horrible experience! Arriving at the venue on a very hot day only to find out that none of the aircons in the two rooms that we booked was working. Just before midnight a fight broke out between guests staying at the venue with people threatening to shoot each other. But that was not the worst of the ordeal. After cancelling our booking the very next day, for obvious reasons, the establishment refused to reimburse us for the 4 of the 5 nights that were cancelled but unfortunately were already paid for.
