This is just based on a phone call. The representative should speak better to potential clients, I did not appreciate her tone. even if you are having a function, you should be able to answer me in those few minutes or say to give you a few minutes to call me back. That is just common courtesy. And FYI if I wanted info via email, I would've sent one already. There's a reason why I gave you a call. Maybe then leave better info on your website. Like times to give you a call... So rude. I should give 1 star.????
