We had lunch at the restaurant on Sunday and it was amazing. Lovely ambiance in a beautiful setting, complemented by the live band. The food is excellent, with good portions. Service can be a bit slow when it’s busy but not the worst. Family friendly with enough space for the kids is always a plus!

It was beautiful. We came here after working hours just to see the sunset/sundown and it was great. We set at outside to have that amazing feel of the climate .

The outdoor setting area was great . Staff was attentive and courteous and food was good . We loved spending our time here...

I love this hotel, great food, beautiful ambience, stunning location. I have had 2 consecutive incidents though of making reservations that were confirmed, but not honoured when we arrived. First was on the 14th August, we reserved a gazebo but when we arrived, it had been released to other guests. We got profuse apologies, but that didn't solve our issue. The second incident was last night - I called around 10:20am, to make a booking for dinner. All was confirmed for my dinner at 7pm. Upon arriving at the restaurant though, there was no table reserved for us. We had to wait for 45 minutes before one became available. I had a guest and was highly embarrassed by this, as I had been raving about the place. Can this issue please be attended to. We cannot have bookings confirmed, but not being honoured. Thanks.

Had lunch on Sunday with my friends. Amazing vibe and the food was great too. We ended up staying there for the whole day, because our waiter Cornè was an amazing host. Definitely going back!

The place is nice and clean. Excellent restroom ???? ????. The meals were great. The music and seating nice. A relaxing environ to stay, eat and hang out with family and friends.

went to have a birthday. made reservations.
arrival, they know about the reservation.. but no table has been set for us.

apparently they have a professional chef, "chef guy"
the man only knows about presentation, and not much about taste.

we ordered sushi, including sashimi. the price was shockingly high, presentation is good, portion is fair. taste is pathetic.
wasabi did jot even mildly clear my sinus. ginger was stale. sushi itself tasted poor. sashimi (180 rand for a portion) was sad, and tasted of water.

grilled ribs for the kid, costing 180, was a small portion, fair taste, and well presented.

sweet potatoes at 40 rand was pathetic. poor presentation and bad taste.

50 rand milkshake was overpriced for standard portion and standard taste.

tiger eye starter at 85 rand was disgraceful, but well presented.

beef fillet at 350, was well presented, lacked flavour, but at least was a decent Portion.

rib eye at 395, was not cooked to perfection. medium was requested, medium to well was delivered. but the taste was lacking.

sea bass at 365 lacked flavour

lavender duck.. sad at 365

oxtail ragu was not worth the 365.. even though it looked nice.

creme brulee was not properly prepared,and tasted bad.

chef ought to be ashamed of himself. or he needs to make sure he trains his staff better.

This place is amazing. You'd swear you're outside of Gauteng. I went to their spa and I had a great massage there, done by Mimi. Should you go the spa, request for Mimi, she does the best massages.
