Very rude brushoff from Susan when I enquired by email about booking a room, availability and pricing as none of these are indicated on the Air Del Mar website. No reply was given to my second email. I was shocked with this unprofessional behaviour and cannot imagine why a host would treat potential customers this way. I decided to rather book at Botlierskop Private Game Reserve and found their service very professional, polite and friendly.
