This was the perfect place to stay in Mossel Bay. The view from our balcony was stunning. The breakfast was quite delightful, too! There was a good number of things to order. It was kind of hard to get into the parking area and a little stressful maneuvering the car in some tight turns but we managed!

We have no words. What an amazing place to stay. This is truly "Home away from Home". Friendly and such caring staff. A very special thanks to Yolandy for looking after us with care. Definitely coming back. Breathtaking view and great breakfast ????. Thank you so much.

Definitely not a four star hotel. The hotel has different buildings in different yards so one has to go for breakfast to the next building. They give a huge chain of keys for multiple different doors. No AC in the room, just a measly radiator so quite uncomfortable during the winter. I would not stay again there.

Friendly helpful staff, amazing breakfast, much more than expected. Wonderful room and will recommend it to anybody for that special occassion, we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and enjoyed the 5 star treatment.

First class stay. Kudos to the Friendly and well trained staff. Super clean with great attention to detail. Nothing was ever a problem for them. The most amazing breakfast every day, constantly at a high standard and with so many choices. Loved the French toast, hash browns, eggs done so many ways. Great beef sausage and so much more. Great tea and coffee station as well. The lovely continental breakfast in your room every day, nice touch. Thanks guys. Oh yes the view, tremendous. Highly recommended ????

Upon arrival I noticed that the room I got was not the one I have upgraded to when I made reservations in January. I informed the manager, she called the owner and I was told all rooms were fully booked, but owner will come sort it out the next day and she never pitched till 6days stay was over . What didnt make sense was that, the manager said if I booked in Jan I was gonna moved to the other room. Mind you I booked in Jan. The room was close to the kitchen, we could hear the employees coming in at 6am and out, their conversation, etc.

Well the place was not as admirable as it looks on the website, however, it's not that bad. Their breakfast is ok, but we picked up few errors that my partner did not want me to complain about, that goes to changing towels and linens as well.

One staff member named Mandy, she's very welcoming, interested in guests and very friendly. She helped a lot with ideas of places we can visit and some activities that we can do during our stay. She will make a best manager one day.

Parking space is very small and difficult to use.

I stayed in room 8 on 4 June 2022. The room is comfortable with a lovely view. The bathroom is spacious and includes a corner bath.
