The price in this restaurant is very reasonable in comparison to other similar restaurants for the same amount and quality of food.

As everyone suggested, the Eisbine is the king, 1kg for R120, crispy and crunchy skin. Eisbine lovers couldn't expect any better than this.

The 500g ribs I had is very tasty, but there is a little improvement. I just wish it would be served much hotter.

The calamari dish is very good, well deserved for a second round for its price, I will definitely come for more of this dish.

Besides, the drinks, alcohol or non- alcohol, are all well priced, same price strategy as dishes.

My cuzzie told me about this place. Now I have been n visitor (more of a staple) to Mosselbay for over ten years! And in he pops, visits this gem of a spot - and educates me on the "where to go places" of the town I love!

I am happy to be educated, mind you.

I loved it. My two boys loved it! Great local crowd, really friendly service, and I never expected the absolute Death-Star of a burger when I got the top one off the menu! (Just ask...they'll know the one...). My kids scoffed down their ribs and calamari combos before I even got off the top stack!

Otherwise...a great plate of food for a great price. Go Big Daddys!

All I can say is WOW. Where can you get a 1kg Eisbein and a 1kg ribs for R300. From the ouside the place might look a little dodgy. But I promise you it is amazing.. when the reviews say go hungry.. GO HUNGRY. Portions are HUGE cooked to perfection. I dont think in future when I come to Mossel Bay that I will eat anywhere else.

This reminds me of local pub food but with consideration to reasonable prices so everyone can enjoy.
You can order on whatsapp and receive daily specials too.
Someday delivery is available which is an added benefit.
But the vibe is much better when you sit down.
Mire than enough seating area, with a comfy home feeling.
Definitely not a place for prim and proper people but once you taste the food, you wouldn't care less.

Hidden gems are sometimes worth the search! This restaurant is interesting and after tasting their amazing food you'll definitely be back for more! Efficient friendly and helpful staff. They are a great option for takeout with a very effective phone in and collect service!
